Awakening: The manifestation process of vampirism in oneself

Beast: The desperate, animalistic, of a hungry vampire
Black Swan: Someone who is understanding of vampires and/or sides with them. May or may not be a donor as well.
Blood-drinker: Someone who drinks blood for the sake of it.
Bloodletting: Cutting someone or some flesh to get blood for the purposes of bloodplay, fetishism, or to actually feed.
Bloodplay: Using blood for sexual or fetish reasons.

Clinical Vampirism: A psychological urge to drink blood that tends to be sated with the person drinking their own blood. See also: Renfield’s Syndrome.
Coming out of the Coffin: Being open or admitting to being a vampire.
Coven: A group of individuals whom make vampires more fanciful or the vampire lifestyle more fanciful

Donor: Someone whom donates their blood or energy voluntarily
E
Elder: A prominent figure in the Vampire Community of whom is respected for their accomplishments for the Vampire Community and their experience.
Embrace: Turning someone into a vampire by giving someone their blood. Often viewed as fictitious.
Energy Signature: Someone’s unique pattern in energy vibes that distinguishes them from others.
Energy Vampire: The most common vampire of whom feels the need to feed on the chi, prana, or lifeforce energy of others.

Feeding: Consuming energy or blood or both
H
Haematodipsia: A severe version of hematophilia
Haematophage: Scientific term for an animal (or human) who subsists on blood. See: Sanguivore.
Human: A term to distinguish those whom are not vampires, which is not highly received, because vampires are also human.
The Hunger: A psychological and physical sensation to feed. See also: The Thrist
Hunter: A person whom supposedly hunts, threatens, harms, or stalks anyone whom they feel is a vampire
I
Immortal: Used to describe vampires as incapable of death. Gingerly used, to imply they do not age and are resilient to sickness or injury.
L
Latent Vampire: Someone who’s natural vampirism hasn’t awakened yet.
Leech: A derogatory term to refer to vampires.
M
Mentor: Someone who awakened you to your vampiric nature and/or guides you. Or for those whom believe in turning the one whom made you.
Mundane: A term to refer to humans or non-vampires, but can also mean non-spiritual.
N
Nephilim: A mixture of fallen angel and human from the book of Enoch which some vampires feel vampires descent from.
O
Of the Blood: Used at times to refer to someone whom is a vampire.
P
Porphyria: A medical condition where the sufferer has pale, flaky skin, sensitivity to light, anaemic -this anemic state is what leads some to drink blood.
Poser: Someone who makes false claims about being a vampire and/or their abilities.
Pranic Energy: Blood or sexual energy. Some sangs may argue that blood is not any sort of energy but a purely physical need.
Primus: A vampire who founded or leads a group organization
Psychic Energy: Emotional, elemental, or just energy in living things.
Psychic Attack: When a psi-vamp drains another without their consent.
R
Real Vampire: Someone who has a need for the balance of their health blood and/or energy.
Renagade/Rogue: A vampire who leaves a group on volatile terms and starts drama, or is an irresponsible threat to themselves and others.
Renfield’s Syndrome: Where the sufferer has a desire to drink blood and tends to drink their own. See: Clinical Vampirism
RPGer/Roleplayer: People whom like to roleplay Vampire the Masquerade and other roleplay games-some are lifestylers.

Sangunarian: Someone whom has a thirst and need for blood and in larger quantities than others.
Sanguine: A blood-drinking vampire.
Sanguivore: Scientific term for an animal (or human) who subsists on blood. See: Haematophage.
Seeker: A person poking round in vampire knowledge or vampire groups to be turned.
Sexual Vampirism: Feeding on sexual energy-rare.
Sire: Used to refer to someone whom turned them-typically done by RPGers.
Slayer: A person whom claims to have slain what they deem as vampires

The Thirst: An intense thirst or withdrawal symptom remedied by blood
Turned: Someone whom claims to have been made into a vampire
V
Vampire Bait: A poser or wannabe whom is egging for vampires to come after them
Vampiric/Vampire Community: A community of people whom identify as vampires
Vampyre: Older spelling of the word vampire-One is not anymore correct or different from the other.
VampireMajick: Majick practice by vampires
Vampire Lifestyler: A person whom dresses like a cinematic vampire and may even form their own versions of covens
W
Wannabe: A person whom wants to be a vampire-a derogatory term.
White Swan: An enemy of vampires or someone whom is intolerable of the vampire lifestyle and/or vampires.
